To request a return, please contact our customer support team via our website with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returns & Shipping
Due to the nature of our fulfilment process, customers may be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In some cases, we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
